Privacy Policy

§.1 General provisions

  1. The data controller is SABIO DANKOWSKI SEBASTIAN with its registered office in Września, ul. Malborska 6, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7891005326, Statistical Identification Number (REGON): 630460751. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of commonly applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations shall apply or as is described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term User is replaced by “You”, Controller by We. The term GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
  5. Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible by unauthorised persons.

§2. Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The Service Provider is also the data controller of persons requesting an offer.
  3. Personal data shall be processed:
    a. in accordance with data protection legislation,
    b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    c. in the scope and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform Services provided electronically,
    d. in the scope and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person to whom the data refer in the scope and for the purpose in accordance with the consent granted by you if you have submitted an enquiry on the website.
  4. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to assert possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to data retention.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
  8. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider shall not disclose personal data to other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
  10. We have implemented data encryption and access controls to minimise the impact of any data security breaches.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies

  1. The website www.mobilevilla.eu uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software.
